Heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall put his title on the line for the first time since being elevated from interim titleholder to undisputed champion against former interim champ Ciryl Gane  in the UFC 321 main event.  The vacant women’s strawweight championship was up for grabs in the fight card’s co-main event between top contender Virna Jandiroba  and No. 5 ranked Mackenzie Dern .
