Derrick Krantz Derrick Krantz captured the vacant Legacy FC welterweight championship with a crushing left hook in the third round of Brock Larson in the main event of Legacy FC 43. Larson (41-10) looked to lock in a kimura multiple times in the opening frame after Krantz (17-8) took the veteran down to the mat. Krantz did a good job of avoiding the submission and getting out of the round after spending much of the frame in top position. Round 2 started much the same way, with a Krantz takedown, but Larson was able to quickly get back to his feet. The stand-up action picked up considerably in the round with Larson throwing haymakers that connected at a decent clip and Krantz starting to fire back with his own looping power shots
