The Cage Warriors 76 main event ended in somewhat controversial fashion when Ali Arish protested that he never tapped to a loosely applied guillotine choke from Jack Marshman . Nevertheless, Marshman (19-5), who was fighting in his home country at the UFC Fight Pass-streamed event at Newport Centre in Newport, Wales, was awarded the first-round submission over Arish (21-5) in the middleweight bout. Replays later confirmed that Arish did indeed tap out to the choke, albeit in a hardly emphatic manner
