FORTALEZA, BRAZIL – In just his second UFC bout, Daniel Sarafian fought like he had dinner reservations he didn’t want to miss. After quickly taking Eddie Mendez to the mat, Sarafian wasted no time in locking up an arm-triangle choke from mount for the submission victory. The middleweight bout was part of today’s UFC on FUEL TV 10 event at Paulo Sarasate Arena in Fortaleza, Ceara, Brazil. It aired on FUEL TV following prelims on Facebook. Sarafian began setting up the choke soon after the fight hit the mat, then moved from half-guard to mount to finish it off.
