Raphael Assuncao thought he had torn a muscle in his arm as he fought Mike Easton at UFC on FOX 7 back in December. As he later found out, the problem was much deeper. “It was only after the fight that I realized my arm was really broken,” Assuncao told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). As he points out, he was still able to control Easton as they went the full three rounds and eventually to the scorecards, where he earned a unanimous decision victory.
