Following up on several earlier announcements, UFC officials on Wednesday added Diego Brandao vs. Daniel Pineda to the UFC on Fox Sports 1 #1: Rua vs. Sonnen fight card in Boston. Brandao (17-8) made his way to the Octagon via the fourteenth season of The Ultimate Fighter. He slipped up in his follow-up performance, losing to Darren Elkins at UFC 146, but recovered with back-to-back victories over Joey Gambino and Pablo Garza at UFC 153 and UFC on Fuel TV 9, respectively.
