Quinton Jackson  (32-11 MMA, 0-0 BFC) should be plenty busy in the next few years if all goes as planned in his new deal with Bellator, Spike TV and TNA Wrestling.  Along with executives from the fight and media companies, the ex-UFC champ gave a press conference Wednesday in Los Angeles to discuss details of the next chapter in his career.
