Middleweight contender  Reinier de Ridder has an opportunity in the UFC Vancouver main event against  Brendan Allen to likely earn a title shot against champion  Khamzat Chimaev , instead he couldn’t answer the bell to start the final round.  De Ridder quit on the stool and his corner threw in the towel.
