It was announced earlier this month that a bout between the first The Ultimate Fighter winner = Diego Sanchez and former UFC fighter  John Makdessi had been added to the ICS Mania 1 boxing event. The event takes place on April 12 at The Pit in Albuquerque and is headlined by a rematch between former light heavyweight champions  Rashad Evans and  Quinton “Rampage” Jackson .  On Thursday, the top of the fight card took part in a press conference promoting the upcoming event. Afterward, they faced off with their opponents.  Sanchez last fought in BKFC KnuckleMania 3 in February 2023, losing to Austin Trout via doctor stoppage.
