A strawweight bout Joanne Calderwood (6-0) and Sarah Schneider (6-6) is the final addition to next month’s Invicta FC 6 event. Officials today announced the fight. Calderwood initially was slated to fight Claudia Gadelha (9-0) at the July 13. However, when strawweight champion Carla Esparza (9-2) went down with a leg injury earlier this month, Gadelha took her spot and now meets Ayaka Hamasaki (9-0) in the co-headliner.
