Carlos Diego Ferreira  won a title on national television at Friday’s Legacy FC 25 event, but as seen in the event’s video highlights, he had to beat an idol to do it. Ferreira’s well-rounded attack set up a unanimous-decision victory over Jorge Patino  (34-14-2). It also won him the organization’s lightweight title.
