A bantamweight fight is the newest addition to the first UFC event of June. Da’Mon Blackshear and Luan Lacerda will battle it out June 3 with the victor picking up their first promotional win. The UFC Fight Night event is expected to take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Two people with knowledge of the booking recently informed MMA Junkie of the matchup but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement. Blackshear (12-5-1 MMA, 0-1-1 UFC) debuted in August and drew against Youssef Zalal . He returned for his second UFC outing at UFC 285 in March and lost a unanimous decision to Farid Basharat.
