At UFC 313 in March, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas,  Alex Pereira made the walk to the octagon as the undisputed UFC light heavyweight champion. He had successfully defended the 205-pound belt three times.  “Poatan” faced top contender  Magomed Ankalaev in the fight card’s main event. Ankalaev ended Pereira’s title reign defeating the Brazilian via unanimous decision.
