During the UFC Vegas 106 main card on Saturday, the fight card’s co-main event was suddenly canceled.   Light heavyweights Rodolfo Bellato and Paul Craig were scheduled to be the co-featured fight but Bellato was forced out of the bout at the last minute due to a medical issue that left him unable to compete. The bout would have been Bellato’s third octagon appearance after making his way to the fight promotion through Dana White’s Contender Series in 2023.
