LAS VEGAS – The seventh women’s featherweight title fight in UFC history is official after Amanda Nunes and Megan Anderson made weight for UFC 259 . At Friday’s official UFC 259 weigh-ins, reigning two-division champion Nunes (20-4 MMA, 13-1 UFC) and challenger Anderson (11-4 MMA, 3-2 UFC) had no issues on the scale as they successfully hit their marks for their co-headlining matchup. Nunes, who is also the women’s bantamweight champion but looks to defend her featherweight title for a second time, registered at 145 pounds when she stepped on the scale.
