Just 40 seconds into his matchup with Vikas Singh Ruhil , Kelly separated from a clinch near the cage to throw a vicious elbow that landed across Ruhil’s temple and sent him crashing to the canvas. He said afterward that his contract is up and hopes to negotiate a new deal.
