HAMBURG, Germany – It wasn’t the spectacular performance he might have wanted in his home country, but Nick Hein outpointed Tae Hyun Bang to get the win after a closely contested fight in front of his countrymen. Hein (14-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) edged out Bang (18-10 MMA, 2-3 UFC) with careful striking and some key takedowns, taking the fight via unanimous decision with scores of 29-28, 30-28, 30-27.
