CLEVELAND – If you missed Saturday’s event, here’s what really mattered at UFC 203. UFC 203 took place at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. The main card aired on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass. In the main event, heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic (16-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC) survived an early knockdown and subsequent guillotine choke attempt from challenger Alistair Overeem (41-15 MMA, 6-4 UFC) to recover and finish the fight with a series of massive right hands on the ground for the first defense of his title.
