At Saturday’s UFC on FOX 22 event, we see the flipside of that process, as the promotion continues to push headliner Paige VanZant and co-headliner Sage Northcutt into the hearts and minds of fight fans. Now, it’s up to these young fighters to reward the UFC’s faith in them with memorable performances. VanZant, in her sixth UFC fight, faces former Invicta FC atomweight champion Michelle Waterson in the main event, while Northcutt, in his fifth fight with the promotion, squares off against Mickey Gall in the co-main event. Also on the main card, former WEC featherweight champion Urijah Faber faces Brad Pickett in the last fight of Faber’s long and storied MMA career
