In a shocking turn of events at UFC Fight Night 74 on Saturday, rising lightweight Frankie Perez announced his retirement following the biggest win of his career. Perez (10-2) knocked out veteran Sam Stout in the featured fight on the event’s preliminary card. The bout was the 26-year-old’s second fight in the promotion and his first win inside the famed octagon.
