Adrian Yanez finds it hard to fully give Sean O’Malley credit for his recent performances. O’Malley notched yet another finish when he took Raulian Paiva out in the first round at UFC 269 and now finds himself in the promotion’s bantamweight rankings. Prior to his win over Paiva, O’Malley (15-1 MMA, 7-1 UFC) restated his interest in fighting Yanez (15-3 MMA, 4-0 UFC), who already accepted his previous callout . Yanez said he wasn’t too surprised to see O’Malley score an early finish of Paiva, considering that the Brazilian has competed at flyweight on numerous occasions
