Angela Hill After fighting a terribly tough stretch of opponents, Angela Hill recently announced the UFC has released her from her contract. Hill (2-2 MMA, 1-2 UFC), who joined the UFC after appearing on “The Ultimate Fighter 20” reality series this past year (despite just one pro fight), made the announcement on Sunday. In a Facebook post, the 27-year-old strawweight called it “bittersweet” but wrote, “I’ll hopefully be able to stay more active outside the octagon and gain the (experience) I need to make my way back to that belt: While Hill’s record may appear to be nothing special, a deeper looks shows she took on top competition. Just a year after her pro debut, she joined the cast for “TUF 20” – as the No. 16-seeded fighter among the 16 cast members – which featured many of the world’s top 115-pound fighters
