On Friday, Ulysses Gomez (9-4) will return to the cage for the first time since a February 2013 loss to Phil Harris led to his release from the UFC. The extended layoff wasn’t one of Gomez’s choosing, but he isn’t worried that it will affect him when he meets Abel Cullum (18-6) at RFA 18 at Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, N.M.
