By his own admission, difficulty has surrounded the last couple years of Cody Bollinger ’s career. Weight issues have more than once caused friction with Bollinger and his promotions, leading to splits, but now he feels he’s beyond that and ready for some stability. “I separated with WSOF because we couldn’t see eye to eye too often, so had to end that relationship,” said Bollinger of his 2014. “I moved up a weight class and I took some really good steps in the right direction. “The negative stuff of last year, I’m pretty sure I fixed all that. It was a good start to get my foot in the door to hit it hard this year.” Bollinger told MMAWeekly.com that the decision to move up to featherweight full-time has already yielded great results in his fight preparation
