He lost his first two UFC bouts, to Jared Rosholt and Nikita Krylov, and received his pink slip. He then picked up a victory over D.J. Linderman at Titan FC 28 and earned an invitation back to the UFC, where he then suffered a TKO loss to Soa Palelei to fall to 0-3 in the octagon
