So with that in mind, we offer up one of the biggest upsets in the history of the sport: Matt Serra ’s welterweight title win over Georges St-Pierre in April 2007 at UFC 69. “GSP” was a huge favorite, but Serra stopped him with a first-round TKO to win the belt.
