Amanda Cooper is no longer a member of the UFC roster, but she already has a new home. The 27-year-old Michigan native has signed with Invicta FC and is set to debut for the promotion this fall. In addition, MMA Junkie has learned Cooper (3-5) will participate in Phoenix Rising 2 in September. Unlike the inaugural Phoenix Rising event, the sophomore tournament will be contested at 125 pounds.
