Anderson Silva and Nick Diaz The Nevada State Athletic Commission granted a request from Anderson Silva  for more time to file an answer to the commission’s complaint against him. Silva (34-6 MMA, 17-2 UFC) faced an April 9 deadline to submit written opposition to the complaint, but he will get three more weeks to file the document, Nevada Deputy Attorney General Chris Eccles today told MMAjunkie. Globo first reported the extension. The extra time means the NSAC won’t address Silva’s case at a meeting on April 21.
