MONTREAL – Andrew Sanchez has fired back at Marvin Vettori ’s comments after the former was forced to withdraw from their initial scheduled bout. The two were meant to fight at UFC on ESPN+ 16 in Vancouver last month, before an eye infection forced Sanchez out just days before the card. An angry Vettori went off on Sanchez, accusing him of being scared. Shortly after, the two were rebooked just a month later, and will square off at UFC on ESPN+ 19 in Tampa. And while Sanchez understands Vettori’s frustration, he just doesn’t like the way he went about it.
