The UFC Vegas 110 co-main event heavyweight bout between  Waldo Cortes-Acosta and Ante Delija  was late in the first round when an apparent stoppage by referee Mark Smith, a replay review, and an inadvertent eye poke led to confusion, a restart, and a knockout ending. Delija initially thought he defeated Cortes-Acosta by technical knockout
