CHICAGO – Archie Colgan  is showing improved striking, but still plans on sticking to his bread and butter. Colgan (5-0 MMA, 2-0 BMMA), who comes from a wrestling background, mostly displayed his striking in his last outing when he knocked out Bryan Nuro at Bellator 283 in July. But that doesn’t mean Colgan has forgotten his roots. The training partner of the likes of former welterweight champion Kamaru Usman and Justin Gaethje doesn’t plan on straying away from his wrestling when he faces Jesse Hannam (2-1 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) in Friday’s Bellator 288 event.
