Arnold Allen offered no excuses in the aftermath of his first octagon loss at UFC on ESPN 44 . Allen (19-2 MMA, 10-1 UFC) saw his remarkable winning streak to begin his UFC tenure halted on Saturday when he dropped a unanimous decision to former featherweight champ Max Holloway (24-7 MMA, 20-7 UFC) at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo. The Brit had his moments over the course of the five-round contest, but ultimately he didn’t have quite enough to get the upper hand on Holloway and is now sent back to the drawing board.
