Disturbing cell phone video obtained by Hawaii News Now raises questions about the second-degree assault charge against UFC fighter Rachael Ostovich ’s husband following an alleged domestic violence incident at their home. Last month, MMA fighter Arnold Berdon , 27, initially was arrested by Honolulu police on suspicion of attempted murder following the alleged attack against Ostovich, who was hospitalized with a broken orbital among her injuries.
