But further down on the card, kicking off the FOX Sports 1-televised prelims at Rio de Janeiro’s HSBC Arena, is Issa (13-4 MMA, 2-1 UFC), who’s more than a 2-1 underdog to fellow bantamweight Iuri Alcantara (31-6 MMA, 6-3 UFC). But for Issa, who suffered a submission loss to Russell Doane in his UFC debut before rebounding for submission victories over Jumabieke Tuerxun and Ulka Sasaki, it’s nothing new
