If you haven’t been following MMA closely for several years, you might have forgotten about Brazilian welterweight Roan Carneiro  (16-9). It’s been six years since he fought in the UFC octagon, where he went 2-3 in his first stint. Since then, he’s been struggling to get back. “I’ve had a lot of bad luck getting booked in the last few years,” Carneiro told MMAjunkie in his native Portuguese. “Many of my events were canceled. One event was actually canceled one day before the weigh-ins.
