Before then, though, check out one of his bigger pre-championship performances. It took place in May 2014 at UFC 173, where Cormier took on MMA legend and former Strikeforce and PRIDE titleholder Dan Henderson. Cormier, who was 14-0 at the time, was looking for one final signature win before his first shot at UFC gold.
