Julio Cesar Neves  won’t turn 20 till next week. If we told you he had 15 fights by this point in career, it would be understandable if you were impressed. But try this on for size: Neves had 15 fights in 2013 alone – and he didn’t fight the last three and a half months of the year. The Brazilian returns tonight for his first fight outside his home country. Neves (28-0 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) makes his Bellator debut against Josh Arocho (13-12 MMA, 0-1 BMMA) at Bellator 117, which takes place at Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
