Patricio “Pitbull” Freire and Daniel Straus TEMECULA, Calif. – Bellator 132 weigh-ins took place today, and the main-event title fighters are official for their bout. Featherweight champion Patricio Freire puts his belt on the line for the first time against former champ Daniel Straus. “Pitbull” Freire beat Straus in 2011 in the Bellator Season 4 featherweight tournament final. Straus was well under the 145-pound max at 143.4 pounds, and Brazil’s Freire was under, as well, at 144.3. The two then got face-to-face, where a little jaw-jacking led to Bellator President Scott Coker stepping in to make sure things didn’t escalate
