It’s a challenge Santos believes he is up to, even with only one month to prepare for the man who was set to challenge for the Bellator MMA welterweight title. Santos (37-9 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) is stepping in for Douglas Lima following a Lima injury. The well traveled Santos spoke to MMAjunkie ahead of Friday night’s fight, which takes place at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. “He’s a tough opponent,” Santos said of Daley (35-13-2 MMA, 1-0 BMMA).
