The milestone Bellator 250 event went down Thursday at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., with a main card that aired on CBS Sports Network/DAZN following prelims on MMA Junkie. Gegard Mousasi (47-7-2 MMA, 5-1 BMMA) scooped up the promotion’s vacant middleweight championship in the main event against Douglas Lima (32-8 MMA, 14-4 BMMA) in a tactical affair over the course of five rounds to win a unanimous decision . The title matchup between Mousasi and Lima carried the focus for the card coming in, and it was no different when it was over. There were some other notable occurrences, though, and for more on the numbers, check below for 15 post-event facts to come out of Bellator 250
