Bellator kicks off its busy April schedule on Friday with Bellator 277 , which takes place at SAP Center in San Jose, Calif., and airs on Showtime following prelims on MMA Junkie. A notable lineup of fights is capped off by a championship doubleheader. In the main event, featherweight titleholder A.J. McKee (18-0 MMA, 18-0 BMMA) will seek his first defense against the man he took the belt from this past July in Patricio Freire (32-5 MMA, 20-5 BMMA). The co-headliner, meanwhile, will see the light heavyweight grand prix come to a conclusion. Champion Vadim Nemkov (14-2 MMA, 7-0 BMMA) will look to end the tournament as he started it – with the belt – when he clashes with Corey Anderson (16-4 MMA, 3-0 BMMA) for the tournament crown
