One of the most successful champions in company history continued her reign of terror in the main event when Cris Cyborg (26-2 MMA, 5-0 BMMA) outgunned Arlene Blencowe (15-9 MMA, 8-5 BMMA) to win a bloody unanimous decision in their rematch and in the process defend her women’s featherweight championship for a fourth consecutive time. For more on the numbers behind the card, check below for MMA Junkie’s post-event facts from Bellator 279.
