Joe Warren When Joe Warren ’s career took a sharp downward turn in 2011 and early 2012, many fans identified his fight with Marcos Galvao as the point where things started to go badly – despite winning the fight. Warren (12-3 MMA, 10-2 BMMA), then Bellator MMA’s featherweight champion, fought Galvao (16-6-1 MMA, 7-3 BMMA) in a 137-pound catchweight fight and struggled mightily. While the judges scored the fight in Warren’s favor, almost every major MMA media outlet scored it for Galvao.
