MMA pioneer Royce Gracie , a UFC Hall of Famer who these days works with Bellator, will host an online jiu-jitsu seminar Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. PT). Gracie is considered one of the best jiu-jitsu practitioners in MMA history. The seminar will stream live on Bellator’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter social media outlets.
