It appears Diego Sanchez will take his gloves off, but not to call it a career. “The Ultimate Fighter 1” winner and UFC Hall of Famer recently made an appearance at a Bare Knuckle FC press conference in Miami, where he claimed that competing for the bare-knuckle boxing promotion would be “fun.” BKFC president David Feldman confirms that he’s been in talks with Sanchez, teasing that a deal will likely be finalized soon. But the major concern surrounding Sanchez has been his medical and neurological health, which resulted in his departure from the UFC  when Sanchez’s attorney couldn’t confirm that the 39-year-old’s health was not compromised. However, Feldman ensures that Sanchez will have to go through some testing procedures before getting cleared to compete. “Yeah we’re having some great talks,” Feldman told MMA Junkie. “I think we’re going to close something out pretty soon.
