Undefeated Thomas Almeida (19-0) will try to extend his unbeaten streak to 20 consecutive fights when he takes on Brad Pickett (24-10) at UFC 189 on July 11. UFC officials announced the match-up on Monday. Almeida made his Octagon debut at UFC Fight Night 56 in November, defeating Tim Gorman by unanimous decision in a clash that won Fight of the Night honors.
