Brandon Vera Brandon Vera will be one half of the fight for the inaugural ONE Championship heavyweight title. Vera (13-7), a UFC vet who debuted with the Asian promotion in late 2014, will fight budding rival Chi Lewis Parry (6-0) at “ONE Championship 35: Spirit of Champions,” officials today announced. The event takes place Dec. 11 in the Philippines at Manila’s Mall of Asia Arena. The card is expected to stream as online pay-per-view in North America. “We’re thrilled to be returning to Manila to bring our loyal fans one of the biggest fights of the year,” ONE Championship CEO Victor Cui stated.
