Alan Patrick BERLIN – There were a couple tense face-offs at Friday’s weigh-ins for UFC Fight Night 69, but Alan Patrick had the day’s most energy. Patrick (12-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) got to the stage and danced as he took off his shirt, shoes, socks, shorts. He pumped his fist in the air and nodded his head. And when he got off the scale, on weight for his fight against Mairbek Taisumov (23-5 MMA, 3-1 UFC), he did a perfect backflip. Perhaps Patrick’s jubilation came from the fact he’s returning to the cage after 16 months on the sidelines.
