Will the third time be the charm for Brian Kelleher and Ricky Simon ? After two previously scrapped scheduled bouts, Kelleher (22-11 MMA, 6-4 UFC) and Simon (17-3 MMA, 5-2 UFC) are now scheduled to square off at UFC 258 on Feb. 13 in a featherweight bout. A person with knowledge of the matchup informed MMA Junkie of the booking Friday but asked to remain anonymous, as the promotion has not yet made an official announcement
