UFC featherweight Brian Ortega tested positive for Drostanolone, an anabolic steroid, following his UFC on FOX 12 victory over Mike de la Torre on July 26 in San Jose, Calif. As a result of the failed drug test, Ortega’s victory has been changed to a no-contest result. He has also been fined $2,500 and suspended for nine months. The California State Athletic Commission confirmed the drug test result and penalties to MMAWeekly.com.
